I came in for an oil, change, tire rotation, and balance of tires if needed. When I picked up the truck at the end of the day, it was evident that something was seriously wrong. Tire rotation seems like it’s pretty simple procedure and due to lack of paying attention to detail it could’ve turned into a significant safety issue. The service tech, Jose Valdex courteous and professional. He let me know as to the progress of the service and recommended additional services. However when I got home I found the passenger side consul cove He let me know as to the progress of the service and recommended additional services. However when I got home I found the passenger side consul cover was loose where the tech had not replaced it properly following the cabin filter check. I notified Jose by text but never heard back. I also notified the person who did a follow-up phone call requesting me to complete this survey. Still no offer to correct the loose panel issue. Suggest a Quality Assurance program to make sure the customer's vehicle has been completely buttoned up before returning the vehicle to the customer. Thank you. More
