Long line when I arrived for my 9:30 appointment. All the other times I've been there the service was prompt. Mistaken vehicle mileage on the final printout. The mileage shown was several thousand less than actual mileage. Also confusion when I made the appointment. I said I wanted an oil change and the email reminder said tire rotation. I called back and they said they would correct that notation. Also the receipt said that customer asked for 35,000mile service. Not so. I just wanted an oil change. It took almost 2 hours. Service and organization seemed better in all my prior appointments. Bad day? More

I was charged 141 USD for an oil change change for my mid size SUV that took a little over an hour.
