Everything is working good now It took a while while the dealership in Florida mucked everything up after breaking the block while changing the starter. Pulling the motor out then welding it and then reinst dealership in Florida mucked everything up after breaking the block while changing the starter. Pulling the motor out then welding it and then reinstalling it sending back to us after a month in the shop in Fla. they sent the truck back to Michigan it never ran right. Took it to Matt Lafontaine in Grayling they worked on it for another week finally figured out that a cable was not plugged in right and was causing motor too not run right. Mind you it wouldn't have been bad however the problem was unusual and very difficult to trouble shoot. However as I sad its running fine now after parts and Labor $1,700.00 they did a good job, the Dealer in Destin Fla. Did not! More
I've never had an experience less than stellar - but this one far exceeded my expectations. I had front and rear end damage from two different incidents. When my vehicle was returned, it looks BRAND NEW - and smells it too. A complete detail was done on the inside and outside of my car! In addition, I was able to have a courtesy car the entire time my vehicle was being fixed and the body shop was in constant contact with me. They also took care of all the communication in regard to my claim so I was able to remain hands-off with my insurance company and just let the professionals handle it. Will never go anywhere else! More

There are over 4,500 trucks alone for sale in a 100 mile radius of me, and these people are arrogant enough to think they are the only ones I've contacted. When someone hits the send button from cars.com with additional questions. ANSWER THEM. Do not make someone take an extra step of calling. You have a national inventory that's increased from about a million in July of 2022 to almost 2 million in Dec of 2022. Every manufacturer has a double digit supply of new cars, Ford is almost at a 70 day supply of new vehicles. Whole sale used vehicles sales have plummeted, interest rates have gone up. Carvana is looking like it's going into bankruptcy. You need to work a little harder for your sales. More
