By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I never write reviews, but this dealership has been so bad, I am writing this in hope that someone else doesn't have to deal with them. Unfortunately, my Nissan Titan transmission broke in Helen Ga. I had to tow it to Nissan in Gainesville, Ga. Everyone in the service area was extremely polite and tried helping me. However, they told me my transmission was shot (only 5 years old and 6 months out of warranty). 9,000 dollars for a new transmission, so I ended up trading it in and buying a 2021 Titan. Sales dept. was horrible. Took total advantage of me being out of state. Long story short. They were suppose to cut me a check for a relay switch. 79 dollars. It took over 30 phone calls and 4 months to get it. They were also suppose to send me the second key for the vehicle. It has been over a year. I finally got the key and they said I had to bring it in to my Nissan dealership and they would reimburse me for the key coding. It has been over a month and still no refund. No one calls back, No one has done anything to try to help with this disaster of a purchase. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid the 9,000 and then sold my Titan so I wouldn't have to deal with this extremely poor service at this dealership. More

Car did not have the sticker on the windshield when we drove it. Because I questioned the charge when signing the documents they put it on the car while we were inside and argued that it was already installed and charged me $1995 for something I don’t want or need! I want to see the cameras!! I asked for a manager and they did not comply to my request! They faked the up charge and manipulated the situation by putting the sticker on the car!! I want my money back for the “plan” you offer that was not noted or mentioned for this vehicle that I don’t want or need!! More
I had a great experience buying my vehicle here. The manager worked a deal over the phone that I couldn’t turn down and stuck to his word when I arrived 2 hours away from my house. My sales lady Rachell Grinium was busy with a walk in customer but still managed to check in on my deal and make sure I was taken care by another wonderful sales lady Raine Slaton. I highly recommend this dealership to purchase your next car or truck. I was shopping for about two weeks before finally deciding on this dealer. They beat every dealer from Lnoxville TN to Macon GA on this Kicks. Very happy with my deal and the car I got. More

I bought a titan truck with a tow package and they didn’t have a relay switch so the camper lights didn’t work. I contacted Mr Sanchez and he told me to purchase the switch. Send him a picture of the receipt and he would send me a refund. That was 4 months ago. He has not returned any of my voice mails and when I ask for him specifically. He always says he is in a meeting. I am not usually one to write reviews but Jim Shorkey Nissan was so bad with the sales and the follow up service that I am only hoping someone rewards this before they think about buying from them More
Bought a new 2023 Frontier Pro 4X from this dealership in 9/23. Was a huge mistake. Finance manager is pushy and shady. Makes comments such as: "I'm not running a museum." On a $7500 trade in, $1500 down and a credit score of 837, you present me with 8.64% on a 75 month loan? How, did you work for me? Felt like I was robbed blind from this dealership. Have 2 free oil changes, but they will not see me, ever. Not for service, upgrades, accessories, recalls. Nothing. Stay away from this dealership. Communication from parts service is non existent. They have this text feature on their recording, but they never return your calls. I was at the dealership the day of purchase, gave the parts counter my info to order 4 regular lug nuts so I could take the wheel locks off. 2 weeks later no call I called and left text message, no return call 5 days later I left a 2nd text message, no return call My salesperson called me about filling out a survey, so I had to use him to go over to the parts desk about my order. "Oh, the parts are here, come by anytime" Glad I wasn't waiting on a transmission or something more important Was my last trip to this dealership, not interested in returning. More

I will never buy another car from this dealership. I bought a new car the coolant unit went bad with just 800 miles on it. No calls from managers part has been on back order for a month. This dealership lacks communication. I was minutes away from closing on a deal and the salesperson messaged me saying that the truck I was in process with got sold. I guess they sell to the highest bidder even when you’re in process of buying a car, Also, the Sales Manager Alberto said he was working on trying to locate another truck to make the situation better and he never called to give me a status update. I’ve also requested for the GM to call me back. He did not. More
