My recent visit to Honda North for service on my 2023 Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with Accord Hybrid was excellent. I had to get my annual inspection sticker and was out of there in about 1 hour. Wilson Caceres treated me very well with his friendly demeanor and was very polite making me feel very at home given the current construction activities and temporary waiting area set up in a mobile trailer. Allison was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and letting me know what service items would be needed; oil change only. As requested she made sure a loaner car would be available. An oil change and detailing had been scheduled. There was a delay in completing detailing which he called and explained. The car was then ready when he advised.
