My boyfriend & I were super excited to purchase a car at this location. Our salesperson, Jeremiah, was amazing. He was super helpful, kind, and friendly. We were at this dealership for 3 hours. We needed this location. Our salesperson, Jeremiah, was amazing. He was super helpful, kind, and friendly. We were at this dealership for 3 hours. We needed to finalize details at home in the evening, and the dealership let us know the car was ours to pick up and sign for the next morning. 3 people congratulated us and told us the car was ours. We were so excited! By the time we arrived (at the time we informed the dealership we would be coming to get the car), they had sold it to another person. The general manager decided to sell it to people who had arrived before us, even though previously telling us just hours before that the car was ours. Again, the General Manager who was aware we were en route to purchase the car that was ours sold it to someone else before we arrived. I understand that “holding” a car isn’t possible - however we were told the car was ours. They detailed it and filled it with gas for us. We were having a great experience until this. Jeremiah was phenomenal - the managers are the issue and do not care about you as people…you’re just dollar signs. They didn’t even address us afterwards or try to help us find another vehicle. Don’t come here for reliable and trustworthy business, you won’t find it. More
