Bought a new 2025 Toyota Camry SE (hybrid) here on 12/18/25. I live about an hour away in northern RI but they had the car I wanted in the colors (interior and exterior) I wanted at what was the going 12/18/25. The car was in their basement (!), much of the car still wrapped in plastic with 3 miles on the odometer - nice. The purchase was hassle-free with one caveat - because I live in RI and the dealership is in Massachusetts, due to some unusual regulation I just couldn’t drive it off the lot - I had to consummate the deal in RI. I would’ve had to meet them somewhere inside the RI border to complete the transaction, which was somewhat of a hassle for me because I live alone and didn’t want to bother someone else for a ride somewhere yadda yadda. Fortunately my salesperson - Mike Kayyali - offered to deliver the car to my home where I had my plates if I could give him a ride back to work - no worries, worked out great for me. Art Martel in the Finance Dept. prepped all the paperwork I needed to register the car and I was in and out of my appointment with the RI DMV in about 5 minutes - no lie. This is a modern facility with an exquisite waiting room which actually has a manned mini kitchen/kiosk for food and drink, some of it free of charge such as fresh coffee. Plenty of people waiting around while their cars were being serviced. All in all a pain-free experience which is what I was looking for in buying a new car. Only negative - maybe “it’s jut the way it is” nowadays - is that I couldn’t negotiate downward on the published price, likely due to supply and demand and the limited inventory most dealers seem to have these days. I recommend Toyota of Braintree if you’re in the market for a Toyota! More
