They dont fool around with pricing! I've never owned a Cadillac before and never would've considered it, were it not for the recommendations I'd received from my boyfriend. I was skeptical that their cars or deals could possibly be all that fantastic. All dealers are pretty much the same. But, I'm glad I gave them a try! They presented me with a really fair deal. I left the dealership, still thinking I could find a better one, on a comparable car, someplace else. I looked at Nissan, Toyota, Hyundai, Ford... no one offered a comparable car for as great of a price and with as good a warranty. Both Zoilo and Anthony treated me very well, answered all of my questions and worked with me to get me the best deal possible on a certified pre-owned car. I'm grateful for such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them! More

They make it easy!! When I arrived, I was told that the sales person I had leased my previous vehicle from was out ill. I was initially concerned as dealing with car dea When I arrived, I was told that the sales person I had leased my previous vehicle from was out ill. I was initially concerned as dealing with car dealerships can be challenging and I had a good relationship with my previous salesman (Zoilo). I was quickly introduced to Evelyn who could not have been better. Evelyn shows me a number of vehicles in the show room...detailing all of the differences in the various models then took me for a test drive. We all know that buying/leasing a new car involves a certain amount of negotiation but the staff there made the process relatively painless and we came to an agreement quickly. The business manger, Kevin, was also exceptional. The paperwork process took a bit of time but that might have been because we spent as much time talking about golf as we did with the paperwork 😀. I have now owned 4 Cadillacs....and this is the first dealer that I have returned to for a second vehicle. I try to remember that they are a business...and they are there to make money...but in 2 experiences with Ed Morse, I left with a new vehicle each time feeling like my business was valued. I highly recommend Ed Morse Cadillac to anyone in the Tampa area and if you do...ask to work with “Z” or Evelyn! More

The car buying experience has changed greatly in the last 52 years. Some dealers still hang on to the old "haggling and pressure" tactics of the past. Not this dealership. My wife and I were treated with total courtesy and respect by "Z" from beginning to end. After a short period of negotiating, not haggling. We were able to seal the deal, that everyone was happy with. When the lease is up on our current Cadillac. We will not hesitate to return to "Z" and Ed Morse Cadillac. More
