I’m not sure whose fault that was but I think that is too long to wait when an appt. is made ahead of time. A constructive criticism of the dealership is don’t give out loaner cars that are dirty. The inside was clean but the outside was covered with heavy pollen. More

So Helpful Zo is so helpful, honest and very accommodating. Every time I bring my car in I know they are going to try and get to the bottom of the problem. They Zo is so helpful, honest and very accommodating. Every time I bring my car in I know they are going to try and get to the bottom of the problem. They also offer convient features like online booking of appointments, Saturday appointments, loaner cars, and they can even come to you and pick up your car for service. It has made bringing my car in for service an effortless process. They fact that I can have a loaner car while my car is being fixed is one of the many reason why Mercedes Benz will always by my vehicle of choice. More
