I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new and/or used car. Zaya and the entire Schaumburg Toyota staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. In truth my wife and I traveled 421 miles in search of the "perfect" car. I had to put truth in Zaya and I was not disappointed. Upon arriving after a long car ride I arrived to a car that was warm and ready to test drive. Zaya even went as fas as to help us turn our rental car in and find a nice place to eat. I would like to mention that when originally finding this car after searching for six months I was disappointed to find out that my "perfect" car was sold. Zaya immediately called me when the couple that originally purchased the car neglected to secure financing and informed me that it was again available. Additionally, Zaya called me when my wife and I were on our way to Illionis and informed us that the couple who originally purchased the car came back to buy it but they had to wait until we arrived to see if we were going to purchase it. Also, Zaya and his staff cleaned the car, filled it with gas, and gave me a free set of automobile mats. I was so blown away with this dealership that I thought it must not be real. But I will assure you I am not an easy person to please and I feel so strongly about recommending Schaumburg Toyota, that I am taking the time to write this review. In all honesty, this is the first review that I have written. As a follow up the car is everything that I was promised and two weeks after purchasing it I recieved the second call from Zaya asking me if I was still pleased with my purchase. The topper, Zaya made a promise to me that he would attempt to retrive the second key for my BMW and to my disbelief he called me and is sending it to me as I am writing this review. In short, in this day and age it is very difficult to find a dealership and/or a person that you can trust. With that being said, I was able to put trust in Zaya and the entire staff at Schaumburg Toyota. I would highly recommend Zaya as a friend and trusted car salesman.(oxymoron) Thanks Zaya! Schaumburg Toyota has been one of the best dealerships I have encountered when looking for a used vehicle. They did not have the car I found online because it got sold so quickly (goes to show they always h have encountered when looking for a used vehicle. They did not have the car I found online because it got sold so quickly (goes to show they always have the best price), but Zaya showed me other vehicles comparable and ensured me only the best deal I could get for my money. I left extremely happy and satisfied. They are professional, honest, and extremely courteous. I went to the tent sale in august with one of my cousin who bought a Lexus who dealt with zaya. He noticed I had my eye on a 2008 Toyota tundra sr5 asked me if I wanted to test drive it.
