They listened to exactly what I wanted, guided me honestly through the pros and cons of each option, and never once made me feel pressured.
My sales consultant, Zak Hossain, went above and beyond answering every question (even the “silly” ones), arranging a seamless test-drive on short notice, and working tirelessly to get me the best possible deal. Financing was handled with transparency and speed; there were no last-minute surprises or hidden fees.
Even after I signed the papers, they followed up to make sure I was comfortable with all the tech features and answered a few post-sale questions I had about maintenance schedules. It’s rare these days to find a dealership that truly stands by its customers, but Paragon Honda nailed it.
