I came in for a Kia Sorento on 2/5.
We only had an hour and a half to get the deal done. The salesman was awesome, Zaid. However, the finance guy was ignorant. I didn’t catch his name,
We only had an hour and a half to get the deal done. The salesman was awesome, Zaid. However, the finance guy was ignorant. I didn’t catch his name, but when I told him my income he laughed. I said I didn’t want a crazy 1,000 payment and I was hoping to lease. I couldn’t get a lease and ended up with a high payment, but I will refinance soon. When I told the finance guy that I didn’t want a 1,000 payment he said “But you make 20,000 a month” as it seemed he was questioning me and laughing. He was very ignorant, I’m not sure if he thought I was lying about my income or if he assumed because I am a female, that I didn’t have that type of income or what. I would not recommend this dealership as long as this finance guy is employed.

They didn’t check my brakes because if they had they
would’ve seen thar the caliber was bad as well as the brakes. I had a hard time getting my raído faxed and that took a month just to actually do the

Also didn’t tighten up the bolts on my tiers! I will never come back to Ken Ganley ever again also I am not recommending anyone to go there they will rip you off
