Zaid was very pleasant and will eventually be a great
salesperson. He was only in sales for a month. He has a great demeanor, he just needs to feel more confident when he comes across tough customers.

Only issue I had was took way too long to negotiate final price. I repeatedly asked for bottom line price but they went thru all the financing, leasing, etc and took almost 2 hours and a lot of frustration to FINALLY get a straight answer from the manager on the final bottom line offer. Sales man working wit Zaid took way to long trying to agree on a price, trying to confuse me by writing numbers, rebuilding car online, scribbling a mess of numbers and nonsense on paper. I know that trick. When I said I was going to go to Babylon Honda if we didn’t agree on a price, then finally we came to an agreeable price. Could’ve saved hours of negotiating a lot sooner.
