One thing that really stood out to me was the level of cleanliness and professionalism. They put a plastic cover over the driver’s seat, a disposable paper floor mat, and a plastic cover over the steering wheel to make sure nothing inside the vehicle gets dirty during the service. This kind of attention to detail is rare these days and really shows they go the extra while no matter how old or new the vehicle is. More

Everything was good, except the wait for completion of my oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost 2 hrs. That's uncalled for. Most ppl are in a hurry, and dont have time to wait 2 hrs. Ppl can always oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost 2 hrs. That's uncalled for. Most ppl are in a hurry, and dont have time to wait 2 hrs. Ppl can always go elsewhere for an oil change. Had a shuttle waiting for me once I had arrived and ready for when it came down to picking up vehicles once done. Had a great conversation with the shuttle drivers going back home.
