Dropped my car off at 10:30 in the morning for my scheduled appointment. I was not getting anything done that was significant or needed to take 8 hours to complete. I called back in the afternoon to scheduled appointment. I was not getting anything done that was significant or needed to take 8 hours to complete. I called back in the afternoon to ask when I should pick up my car, as I needed to get a ride back to the service center. I was told to pick it up at 5pm. I was dropped off around 4:45 and I sat in the waiting room until 7:15pm. I received 1 update from Prince at about 5:35 saying my car would be another 20 minutes, then I never received update. I had to ask what was happening. A new advisor was assigned to me, since Prince left for the day and he didn’t know what the hold up was either. It was very disappointing. I am quite confident that my car didn’t even start getting worked on until I arrived at 4:45pm. I typically would recommend Honda to anyone, as I have previously always had good service. But this experience was absolutely terrible. I do not look forward to coming back for services in the future. More
