After making an appointment for an oil change and recall notice I received a voicemail stating there was a time sensitive issue with my appointment and I must call them back. When I did they were just tryin notice I received a voicemail stating there was a time sensitive issue with my appointment and I must call them back. When I did they were just trying to get me to have an appraisal of my vehicle so they may buy it and sell me a new one. Pretty shady to make someone call you back under the pretense that there is a problem with a scheduled appointment and trick them into a sales conversation. More
