I was driving a Jeep for eight years and I was in the market for a new car. I decided to look at Hyundai because I heard that they had a great warranty and that the cars were a great value. Star Hyundai was almost an hour drive from my house but it was worth every minute. I received such high-quality service from knowledgeable, kind, and experienced sales reps. Tae was my sales rep and he was extremely kind, patient, honest, and knowledgeable about the cars that I was interested in. I called him almost every day (for two weeks) with questions about prices, availability, and features. Zack the manager was also extremely helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. This dealership is smaller than most and has a “mom and pop” feel to it. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all like I had felt at other dealerships. When I test drove the cars (Santa Fe and Tucson) Tae told me about every single feature. I’m so happy with my experience and my purchase (2019 Sante Fe). More
