yesterday I went to Landers to have my first oil change done on my new 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited 4 x 4 that my wife and I bought about two months ago I must say this Landers is top-notch 100% the be done on my new 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee Limited 4 x 4 that my wife and I bought about two months ago I must say this Landers is top-notch 100% the best I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I have been a salesman with Chrysler for over 30 years and never in my entire life. Have I ever seen such service and such awesome treatment at any dealership then from Landers they are hands-down the best that I’ve ever seen in my entire life if you buy a vehicle from anybody but Landers you’re a fool not only was the price awesome but after the sale was just top-notch hundred percent all around when I sat down in the lounge, they came to me three or four times to offer me beverages and things to eat and snacks to make sure my day was comfortable and I was only there for an hour and a half the best ever thank you, Landred. They have had my jeep for six weeks, Noone answer phone calls and they don't return phone calls. I had my vehicle towed to them. Zach is my service technician. The last text I received stated that it was g calls and they don't return phone calls. I had my vehicle towed to them. Zach is my service technician. The last text I received stated that it was going to cost 9000.00 to repair my transmission which is ridiculous. Asked for the management to call me and as of today I haven't heard from anyone. More
