Great customer service The customer service was really great. Zach stayed in contact with me over the time my car was being serviced and kept me up to date on the progress. The customer service was really great. Zach stayed in contact with me over the time my car was being serviced and kept me up to date on the progress. Zack also anticipated my needs of needing a car while mine was being serviced and provided me with a vehicle to use. My car was returned to me cleaned up and washed and ready to go. Overall it was a great experience and I anticipate returning for future service to my car. More

Patsy is great to work with. Very responsive to both calls and texts, easy to work with and very understanding with me wanting to drive and talk about multiple different cars. She's very knowledgeable about the cars, pros and cons and financial considerations. I'd definitely recommend Patsy and Five Star! More
