Belzers informed me before I came in what the vehicle price would be, what the loan terms would be without the too typical "We'll get you the final amount once you're here" line I got from other dealers. I mentioned I had a few more in depth questions and they offered to have somebody give me a call for easier question answering. I had a very helpful gentleman named Zach Anderson who was able to answer all my questions. He even helped me set up an appointment for test drives and for me to have somebody answer questions while I was there looking around. Even with a late appointment change needed because my schedule had changed, I was still able to meet with Zach and have wonderful Customer service. The only pressure at all was to "take my time and make sure that I was making the correct decision as what was best for me, and that it was what I wanted." In the end I drove out of the dealer ship with my new (to me) car which I can say I have no second thoughts about. I would absolutely recommend Zach and everybody at Jeff Belzers' everybody we saw and met were extremely friendly, helpful, and focused on the customers satisfaction. If you are looking into buying any car weather it is Used or New i would say your first place to look would be at Jeff Belzers. More
