So when after waiting 2 hours I asked the sales manager why wasn't this done before I drove it off there lot. He replied that it should have. That was the end of that conversation. I also didn't understand why the gas tank wasn't filled. I was at the dealership it felt like forever, because they computers went down. This whole purchase I think was a huge mistake. More

But trust me, our last car purchase was a horrendous experience and they could not explain any of the features (a Honda dealership).
