Service for power steering pump I was qouted $550 to replace the power steering pump (after market) on my Acura TSX ($400 parts and $150 labor). Jackson was getting the part from Na I was qouted $550 to replace the power steering pump (after market) on my Acura TSX ($400 parts and $150 labor). Jackson was getting the part from Napa that only charges $159 for the part plus you get $60 back when you return the core to them. I understand that the dealership usually has an upcharge, but this excessive. They allowed me to buy the part, but then I was told it didn't work when they put it on and they wanted me to pay for the labor a second time. My advisor did her best to explain and eventually I was able to get the car repaired. This is by far still my favorite Acura Dealership and I will continue to do business with them. I do suggest that as a consumer do your homework if you are dealing with the service department because they dont seem to be as forthcoming as they used to be. More

Great service Yvonne was my service manager and did a great job explaining what was and wasn’t needed for my service appointment. The oil change, multi point inspec Yvonne was my service manager and did a great job explaining what was and wasn’t needed for my service appointment. The oil change, multi point inspection and tire rotation took about two hours while I waited in a comfortable guest area. The lobby was also filled with good smells from the chili cook off and employees were kind to offer customers some as well. The follow up emailed report was useful and provides notice of what is recommended for my next visit. More

Great service , I was on a tight time frame and they were able to get my service done quickly, without even having an appointment.
