Bad customer service I least a car 4 years ago, the guy that put me in the least car promise so many things that was not true. Needless to say he no longer works for the c I least a car 4 years ago, the guy that put me in the least car promise so many things that was not true. Needless to say he no longer works for the company , he got fired! When I came in to change the least with finance manager over to a purchase it was such an hassel. We waited for about five hours waiting for them to do the paper work. We payed for the car out of pocket no finance , so not sure why it took so long. We came with the exact money that was Quoted to us , when it was all done and said an extra 600 dollars was tack on to the bill . About two months later a letter is sent stating that the car is not pay off and we owe 3000 dollars extra . Call customer service they gave us to someone else to take care of. When I went into the dealer ship I spoke to Kevin at the front desk about the problem , he could careless! This company has poor customer service and don't care. More
