My dealership experience was great overall. The only complaints I'd have was how long it took to do the finals of the deal once numbers were agreed on. Lot's of car to look at, so you get a good number of choices. Also, very willing to go out of their way to get you a car if you can't find it on the lot. I came in excited about a specific car I saw online, but I did not come prepared with documents I knew would be needed in order to purchase the car that day; plus I had locked my credit. Wow, I felt silly & I did not come prepared with documents I knew would be needed in order to purchase the car that day; plus I had locked my credit. Wow, I felt silly & embarassed, too. However, Yasir & the manager helped me through the process that probably took more than twice as long as it should have. The point is, they showed extreme patience and I got the car I wanted. The buying experience was terrible, spent 4 1/2 hours to buy a truck cash. There were no explanation on what was going on while I was waiting. At one point, my sales person was washing my truck.
