Don’t believe a dealership when they say they have to charge you some odd dollars for “their dealership add ons” and that EVERY dealership does that, because it isn’t true. Rosen was transparent from the start and didn’t add on anything unless we requested it. John Muelhl took the time to explain the "gadgets" in my new Tucson and was patient with all my questions I had.
