My wife and I had already given another dealership the go ahead for a Highlander when I came across a better deal on a Highlander that had more options at Pat Lobb. I called the other dealership and cancelled the purchase to buy from Pat Lobb due to her knowledge. In fact, everyone we spoke or dealt with had the best attitude and you could tell that they loved their job.
