Auto Haus took the initiative to go above and beyond to make sure I left with an amazing vehicle that fit my needs. Most importantly, all of the staff put in extra work and found the best financing for me. I am going through a uniquely difficult time in my life- all of the staff listened to what is going on and managed to put in many extra hours to find a solution to my vehicle/credit dilemma. I have yet to work with any company that truly, genuinely cared for their customers as Auto Haus had. Cannot thank you guys enough. More

Tried to cancel my extended Warranty policy. I reached out to Budco and they told me to contact Auto Haus. I contacted Bradley (Manager) at Auto Haus and he told me he would take care of it well I reached out to Budco and they told me to contact Auto Haus. I contacted Bradley (Manager) at Auto Haus and he told me he would take care of it well over 4 weeks ago. He never canceled it, my MOTOR blew up in my 2017 Lexus NX 200T & the warranty did not cover it. I have contacted the BBB once before but it looks like I may have to do it again. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from there. The only thing nice is Tyler (the office secretary) & the dog. So now I'm out of close to 23k in cash for the Lexus and only had the vehicle for 6 months. Nothing to show for trying to be a responsible adult so I could save money back to by my 2nd oldest a vehicle. I guess your word is only as good as the promise you keep & I feel like that promise was broken to me at 'Auto Haus On Velp' in Green Bay, Wisconsin. More
