I started coming to BMW Sudbury in 2017. Wilson Dowridge was my CA, and since then I don’t want to have anyone else work on my car deals, programs, anything. Wilson has been fabulous all Wilson Dowridge was my CA, and since then I don’t want to have anyone else work on my car deals, programs, anything. Wilson has been fabulous all these years, always keeping my best interests in the forefront. He has worked late, on his days off, going above and beyond what is expected of him, to make things work for me, whether it’s getting a good deal, or making sure the car is delivered when I wanted. He is truly not only the beat CA, but also a wonderful human being, and a personal friend. BMW Sudbury is lucky to have him. More

Your process needs work. First contact was with one person, we were handed off to another, then another. There are too may layers before we could speak with someone about the First contact was with one person, we were handed off to another, then another. There are too may layers before we could speak with someone about the car. Once we were with Wilson, things moved forward well. The back office processing of a cash buyer with check in hand, however, should take less time. This is not a reflection on Wilson, he was great! Wilson was knowledgeable, was honest in answering our questions and has a good sense of humor. It was Wilson's guidance through the process that closed the sale. Wilson was fantastic to work with! He made the typically painful car buying experience enjoyable and positive. Every dealer needs a Wilson! More

After some issues making first contact, I had a pretty great initial impression with BMW of Sudbury and within a day made my way down and completed purchase of a new M440i. However - I still don't have my great initial impression with BMW of Sudbury and within a day made my way down and completed purchase of a new M440i. However - I still don't have my vehicle a week later and have no idea when I will receive it. As an out of state resident (New Hampshire) - the car delivery process from Mass usually requires a trip to the local town hall from a representative of the dealership. I was aware of and familiar with this process from previous car purchases in Mass. It is about a 50 minute drive from the dealership to my town hall which is not nothing - but also it is probably the closest/second closest possible NH town from their dealership (40 minutes driving in Mass, 10 in NH). After promptly providing all additional information that the dealership needed, I waited 4 total days and 2 business days without hearing anything. It took reaching out to the GM to hear from someone and even then just a vague "we are trying to find someone to facilitate delivery on Wed/Thursday fi possible". After that - radio silence for another day and a half before reaching someone who said they would look into it in the morning and then nothing. It's now been a week since signing the final paperwork and not only do I still not have my car - I don't have a date scheduled or even a time frame. This will have to occur during business hours and something I will have to schedule around work and they are not interested. Seems that once you sign the paperwork and the sale is official - you, the customer - no longer matter. More
