Customer service was great as always but I took my car in for recall issues that was supposed to take 3 hours. My appt was at 10:00 but I didn’t get the notification that the update was complete until 16:00 for recall issues that was supposed to take 3 hours. My appt was at 10:00 but I didn’t get the notification that the update was complete until 16:00 and I had to call on status. Having someone notify me of delays would have been helpful. Lucky I had no kids to pick up from school or other appointments scheduled such as doctor’s appointments. Communication is key, I can work around delays if I know about them ahead of time. More
