Amazing Experience Purchasing a Forester! I had an awesome experience purchasing my Subaru! Joshua L. was my salesman, it was quick and easy. I went in unsure of what I really wanted. Josh had I had an awesome experience purchasing my Subaru! Joshua L. was my salesman, it was quick and easy. I went in unsure of what I really wanted. Josh had me test drive the Forester and I fell in love with it. He was very nice, understanding of my wants and needs and definitely got me into a vehicle that meets my requirements. Not too pushy, but very knowledgable. I was very satisfied with what they gave me for my trade and how quick Greg and Mason had all of the paperwork done. I also got to meet Bill in service and he was very helpful with answering any questions I had. I love my Forester and will continue to do business with Heritage Subaru. I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru to Josh! Thanks again Josh, Greg, Mason and Bill! More

I was patient and waited a couple of Months because they do not sell ma I bought my 2012 Subaru Outback 2.5i, with a Manual 6-Speed, Premium in 2012. I was patient and waited a couple of Months because they do not sell many of Manual transmission Outback in the Color I wanted and additional features I ordered. The end result was that and I got a great price for my car and I am extremely happy with my Outback. Fast forward to today and even though I live In Columbia, Maryland I still get my car Services at the Mile One Imports of Owings Mills, Maryland. They simply provide me with the best service and they are always looking out for my best interest. The Staff and Management team at the Heritage Imports in Owings Mills has Unparalleled Customer Service skills. Moreover, the Tech Team in the repair Shop really know and breath Subaru and I have received some valuable advise from them as well. In short, it is such a pleasure to know that my car in good hands whenever I have it serviced at Heritage Imports of Owings Mills, Maryland and this is a Quality Dealership! More

I took my car for an oil change this morning. I had previously made an appointment. As in the past I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. During the service write up I was informed that previously made an appointment. As in the past I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. During the service write up I was informed that there was a recall on 2010 Subaru Outback to reset a computer and that the service would be performed while I was there and wouldn't require another appointment. The work was performed in a timely manner (the service was completed sooner than expected). The service writers area was clean and well maintained. The waiting room is inviting, well lit and clean. My experience on this visit, as well as those in the past, was exceptional. I would highly recommend Heritage Subaru's Service Department. More
