We buy a new GMC truck about every other year, so needless to say, we’ve dealt with our fair share of dealerships and salespeople over the years — Rivard GMC, GMC Homosassa, Key GMC, and plenty of ot needless to say, we’ve dealt with our fair share of dealerships and salespeople over the years — Rivard GMC, GMC Homosassa, Key GMC, and plenty of others. This time, I had the pleasure of working with William, and interestingly enough, the “new guy” turned out to be my favorite salesman yet! I was very straightforward from the beginning: I told William exactly what I was willing to pay per month and told him, “If you can make that happen, I’ll buy the truck.” No games, no back-and-forth, and thankfully, no pushy sales tactics. As a woman buying a vehicle, I’ve unfortunately dealt with my share of salesmen who can be pushy, condescending, or assume they know what I need better than I do. William was the complete opposite. He listened, respected what I told him, and simply went to work making it happen. The entire process with William was easy, professional, and actually enjoyable. The longest part of buying the truck was waiting to sign the paperwork in finance — William had already done his part and had me ready to go! 😂 William has definitely earned my future business. We buy often enough that he’ll be seeing us again, and I have a feeling he’s going to do VERY well in this business. Maybe by the time I’m back for vehicle #2, finance will be as speedy as William is. 😉😂 Seriously though, if you’re looking for someone who listens, doesn’t pressure you, and works hard to get the deal done, ask for William.
