He was direct, not playing any games, and kept me updated regularly on where we were in the process (none of the psychological warfare of waiting endlessly with no news). When I need a new car in the future, I will definitely be calling on Keith. I greatly dislike the discomfort some automotive places and salespeople make you feel, but working with Keith felt like a normal interaction I could easily do again. More
