We wanted to test drive several cars and he didn't mind. He would have the next car waiting once we returned from our test drive. More

I do wish we would have been told sooner we could put a deposit down as we lost multiple cars before we could get there to buy. But it worked out in the long run! The one thing that will determine me from shopping there next time is the mandatory $699 fee for the protection coating. Thanks again to Heather for starting the process and Keith for jumping in to finish it. More

He apologized and said he would order a part then call me when it came in to get it fixed. The salesman, Keith, was a pleasure to work with. Although he broke the part, it was a mistake and he immediately went to get it resolved. 2 days after purchasing the car, my car cut off completely in the middle of the road and was jerking. It was determined that the computer needed to be reprogrammed and I needed new front brakes. I was working out of town in TN, so I had to take it to Nashville. They were awful. They kept giving me the runaround and sending me back and forth. Both managers of both locations got involved and finally got my brakes fixed. When I got it back, the car wasn't cutting off anymore, but it was still jerking some. About a week or so ago, my car started squeaking when I first would drive and pressing the brakes. I called Birmingham to see about the part for the hood release and tell him about the brakes. The service person or manager said he sent the part to my house! Then, he told me that because Nashville did the work I had to take it back to them. I told him I would just call the manager since I worked with her before on this ongoing issue. He said OK and hung up on me. I reached out to the manager on Thursday and she has failed to respond. So now, I have reached out to corporate and I am seeking legal counsel. This should not happen.
