My only downside to the whole process was that I had to wait a bit longer than normal for the financing department as everyone had seemed to gone home for the day. Adan and Rex were both excellent managers to deal with, William made sure the car was good to go for me, David explained every part of the contract and documents I was signing, and the gentleman that was outside helped with making sure I knew how to use all of the features and setup my Bluelink properly. I could not be more satisfied with the ease of the process, welcoming experience, and exceptional customer service from start to finish.
