I've never had a better experience at a dealership. We were welcomed with open arms, and were able to proceed at our own pace, on our own terms, with no pressure. She could tell if I had a question before I even thought to ask it - she's great at reading people and that's so important when making a large purchase like this. I felt like I had a partner, not just a sales agent. Same goes for William, who was able to discern exactly what I was looking for by only asking a few questions. Again, no pressure, which is super important to me. By the way, all salespeople were friendly and accommodating, whether you're their direct customer, or someone else's. I highly recommend this dealership - they are all AWESOME. More

My sales person was Ellie Markham. I was looking for a car in June that was no longer available. Of all the dealers i contacted, she was the only one to reach out to me months later ab I was looking for a car in June that was no longer available. Of all the dealers i contacted, she was the only one to reach out to me months later about the 2025 model that had come in. I came in for a test drive and she made the whole experience fun, it was good vibes. Once i decided on a color combo to purchase, that entire process was fast and as smooth as i could have hoped for when buying a car. My overall experience with Annapolis Subaru was a pleasant one!
