Arrived for the appointment early and met with the service advisor on time. That’s the end of the good part of this visit. I was told that the oil change and vehicle inspection would take 90 minutes a service advisor on time. That’s the end of the good part of this visit. I was told that the oil change and vehicle inspection would take 90 minutes and that was longer than normal because some techs were sent to Tampa for training. 3 hours later (180 minutes) we finally had the car back and we’re on our way. 3 hours to do an oil change… not a typo, 3 hours. No other work ( beyond the inspection and a wash was done to the vehicle). Now I understand that techs need training. But to schedule training for techs and not make restrictions on client appointments on those days says that you don’t consider client time as valuable. I will not buy from this dealer again. Surely they can’t possibly all operate this way. More
