No communication. It took 2 days for service to be completed. No updates. Wrong completion time given. I had to wait 8 hours on the second day for my vehicle. No updates. The person who took care of me said it would take between 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was comple 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing.
