I was suggested to change a tire and pay $300+ when I could actually pay $25 to fix it, which I did. Shame on you guys! You never miss an opportunity. Came in July 27th, 2022 for state inspection. Inspection failed as front and back brakes and rotors had to be replaced. The pump was supposedly replaced. Service advisor from my July appointment did not follow through as promised. Had to leave car at dealership as the parts were not available and was told vehicle would be ready July 28th. Advised that I am a flight attendant I would be out of town July 28th-30th and can pick up the vehicle Sunday, July 31st. Advisor said he would call on the 28th to collect payment and vehicle would be left out front and keys would be left with sales as the service dept would closed. Came to pick up my car and waited an hour because keys was not left with sales and my car had to be looked for. Poor service, corrupted dealership. More
