Drove 3 hours to get here Will Wickliff did a great job. We had purchased a TSX here in 2014. We decided we needed a bigger car, shopped around and Ed Martin Acura had the combination of color and package we wanted. We drove 3 hours to get there. They had the car out front, did the test drive, and gave us a good deal. They knew we were driving from some distance to get to them. I was prepared for them to try to use our obvious commitment to this particular vehicle so work us on the price. They did not. They dealt with us fairly and courteously. would make the drive again. Helpful and fun I was dreading car shopping and actually enjoyed the experience. Our sales rep was extremely helpful, which stemmed from his passion for cars. Great attention to detail and a painless experience! I originally started off working with Jami Ross. She was imformative and low-pressure on my test drive day. Will eventually took over for Jami to get I originally started off working with Jami Ross. She was imformative and low-pressure on my test drive day. Will eventually took over for Jami to get my lease rolling. The experience was quick and easy. I had good conversations with Will, and he has an eye for detail. I’m pretty particular about things with my car and Will made note of that and sought things through, which I very much appreciate. Nothing worse than having to consistently repeat the same things that you’ve already agreed on with that person. Gabe has a great team and was helpful in setting me up with two great associates. I had Matt for the finance part, and he was clear and concise with all of the document signing. Each individual person I worked with made me comfortable in replacing my car and getting it done quickly. Thanks Will for being on my wavelength and setting me up in my new ride! More
