Excellent customer service and friendly staff. What can I say? Everyone we had contact with, from the first email sent to the point I drove my new to me 2016 F150 XLT off the lot, was very helpful What can I say? Everyone we had contact with, from the first email sent to the point I drove my new to me 2016 F150 XLT off the lot, was very helpful and courteous. Tom worked through the new CPO program for the first time efficiently, took the time to explain all the features of the truck, and even went as far as helping me sync my phone with the truck. I spoke with the financing staff on the phone first and then in person and every step of the process was explained precisely including the warranty program offered. I will definitely check these guys out again whenever it's time for the next one. More
