Great sales mens, unfortunately mislead, and was made to believe car was all looked over and good before purchase was made, brought to mechanic three days after purchasing and they found things that were no believe car was all looked over and good before purchase was made, brought to mechanic three days after purchasing and they found things that were not fixed that cost a total of 3,400 dollars to repair after just purchasing the vehicle, when told that vehicle was all good and an inspection was made on it. I had then went back to Roy and Will and had asked them to fix it and they had it sent to Subaru after Roy talked with the CEO who stated "they'd make things right." Which to me means, they would fixed it. Vehicle sat at subaru in nunica, for 3 days both sides dragging on in fixing the vehicle and then both sides refusing to stand behind it until Subaru found a sway bar link diagnosed by my reputable mechanic stating it was broken and needed to be fixed, Subaru did not believe it was broken and neither did Will and Roy at the dealership, then as Subaru was looking at it , they accidently broke it and then said is broken. They fixed it and paid for it. Subaru then called Will and Roy about fixing the other repairs and making things right and fair. Will and Roy did not take the opportunity to make it right by the customer and refused. I quote Will, had said to me " they don't fix everything, only emergency things, and that it was out of his hands to do anything." I was impressed with how they greeted customers and worked with you on things and making you feel like family, but unfortunately they lost a customer that is unsatisfied and disappointed with being strung along and mislead and lied to. It's a dealership that is very good with first impressions and making you feel welcomed and taken care of but has a problem in being fair and upfront about vehicles, and fixing the vehicle before they put it out there for sale. To future customers, I would advise it be taken to your mechanic for a diagnosis before purchasing one of their vehicles, and not believe what is said about the vehicle, and not totally believe and trusting when told everything is good on it. Great customer service, and also still has somethings that need improvement at this dealership with customer service and sales. To any customer, looking for a good trusted and reputable mechanic and great service guaranteed to fixing your vehicle right, The Garage MKG on Henry in Muskegon, will not steer you wrong with its service!
