I have a Kia, and the local dealer has a phone tree system. I called them for an appointment, but I could never get through to a human who could help me. I called Hyundai of Asheville, and a human answ system. I called them for an appointment, but I could never get through to a human who could help me. I dropped my car by at the appropriate time, and when I returned it was ready having all the work preformed. More
