Hello, my name is Will Douglas. I started my career with O'Daniel Ford and Mitsubishi in August 2015, but joined the Porsche and Audi team in March 2017. I was born and raised on a farm in east Tennessee. I attended Milligan College and graduated with an Accounting degree. I am thankful for my wonderful wife Shannon (a Leo native) and our 6 children: Alex, Erica, Faith, Hope, Joy, and Eva Grace. I attend Central Church and my faith in God is very important to me. I enjoy spending time with my family and love watching them grow up. I care about my customers and want to provide them with a great experience and make sure they feel like family!

Excellent customer service!! Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience!! Mark was great to deal with. We live two hours away and Mark personally inspected the vehicle with my concerns and my wife's concerns in mind. He sent pictures to clarify some condition requests and went above and beyond. Once we arrived the transaction went very smoothly and there were no surprises when we saw the vehicle in person. Thanks again!!! More
