It was like buying a car from a next door neighbor who I had never met before: warm, sincere, and relaxed. My salesperson Joel, the fiancé manager Wesley, and the dealership manager Paul made it easy to buy had never met before: warm, sincere, and relaxed. My salesperson Joel, the fiancé manager Wesley, and the dealership manager Paul made it easy to buy a car in a zero stress environment. I had done my homework and got a good deal without having to play games or feel intimidated. I also asked a lot of questions and was given really knowledgeable answers. Joel spent an hour after their closing time to get familiar with all the tech features and even helped me get my GM app up and running. I had driven down from Nashville and a wreck on the interstate made me late, and their only concern was making me feel welcome and satisfied.I was surprised at how large the dealership was since it felt like a proud family business to me. I’d like to thank everyone for being a breath of fresh air!! More
