I always get excellent service. I was able to schedule quickly. When I arrived I received immediate attention. I was informed via video regarding the current condition of my car. Excellent experience! Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Dropping off the vehicle was easy. Staff was pleasant and greeted me by name. I took my car in for an oil change and to have the winter tires put on. As I left the dealership, I was greeted with a tire pressure warning. Turns out, they didn't check the tire pressures and update the tires put on. As I left the dealership, I was greeted with a tire pressure warning. Turns out, they didn't check the tire pressures and update the pressure monitor. After a week at home, I noticed a large pool of oil on my garage floor. I had to take the car back in to have the oil drain plug tightened. This took over an hour. As I left the dealership again, I noticed the oil level on the MMI showed it was barely above minimum. They didn't even top off the oil after all of this. The icing on the cake is that I now get to go home and mop up the oil on my garage floor. More

This is my second survey - a little annoying. My visit was fine, but when I went to pick up my car, I had a hard time finding someone so that I could pay and get my report. The woman who checked me out c was fine, but when I went to pick up my car, I had a hard time finding someone so that I could pay and get my report. The woman who checked me out could not answer questions on my report and no service engineer was available to speak with me - this was at 5:30PM, so not a weird time to be picking up a car from Service. And, as it turns out, if the dealership would invest in a color printer, I would not have had any questions on my report. More
