Great Service Department I have always had my service done there with all four of our vehicles. My truck has over 250K miles! I realized just how good I have it there when I r I have always had my service done there with all four of our vehicles. My truck has over 250K miles! I realized just how good I have it there when I recently traveled for a holiday and was going to be 500 miles over my oil change. A simple oil change turned out to be a terrible experience with delays, excuses and damage (they snapped off a plastic hose port and 'forgot' to advise me.) I have come to rely on the service and the suggestions of the Service Department and mechanics because I know I can trust them and that's worth everything to me. Thank you to the whole Service Department. More

They are very good at what they do and instill confidence in the customer about what is required to get the job done right. And I have probably been a bit of a pest too regarding my truck that has been problematic for several months now (no fault of theirs). I am pleased with the outcome of my service department visit at Cook County Ford and will continue to trust this service department for all my F-150 issues. This is a top-notch service department for all of South Georgia and well worth the drive from where ever!. More
