John was our salesperson and we love his knowledge of product as well as his professional but friendly manner. He was so well prepared each time we came in. He works well with a tech savvy 18 year old as well as a 57 year old, who knows nothing of technology! Would highly recommend this dealership and John Besch. Was greeted warmly every time we entered the building, was spoken to by Mr. Vaughn and Mr. Smith on both visits.
