We went in looking for a used car but Zoltan and the gang offered us a pretty good deal on a new one. They were very nice and didn't put any pressure on us and even gave us a day or 2 to think about it. Also enjoyed Will who spent 40 minutes showing us how to work the gizmos in the car. Fingers crossed that the service area is just as good. More

Wow!!!! This is my first car with Crown but probably not the last, even though I had to drive from Miami to pick it up it was well worth it. The experience wa This is my first car with Crown but probably not the last, even though I had to drive from Miami to pick it up it was well worth it. The experience was fantastic, from Wesley, to Dave to Ken and Willie at the end what a fantastic crew. And all via email, all I had to do is go and sign the papers and everything exactly the way they told me in the last email, no surprises. You would have to be crazy not to buy or lease a car from Crown, and the phone call on Monday to see if everything was good with the car, what a nice touch. I leased a C300 with all the niceties, love the car, it is so nice my wife traded me her BMW for the Benz. Oh well can't win them all. More

#2 GL450 leased through Crown I was assisted by David Siskin. I worked with David on my first GL450 and wanted to work with him for my second GL450. He is easy to work with unlike many sales people that I have worked with on many car purchases. Crown is a very good dealership and would certainly recommend them to anyone buying these type of cars. The service has always been good and have been treated well by everyone there. More

They started off by listening to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste my time showing me cars that didn't fit my needs. They were not pushy, not even once. Larry Chapman was the one who did my test drive. He took the time to show and explain every feature. After I decided on a car and he made the deal, he still took me back to the car to show me all of the features again. He even helped me hookup my iPhone and set my seat adjustments. I'm sure some people do this, but it was already late into the evening and he still sacrificed his time to help me. One more thing, he never once made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. I have already recommended him and will continue to do so in the future! More

FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS!! Purchased a 2015 Mercedes CLA 250 from Crown Eurocars and WOW what an experience! This is a world class organization and will far exceed your wildest Purchased a 2015 Mercedes CLA 250 from Crown Eurocars and WOW what an experience! This is a world class organization and will far exceed your wildest expectations. From the top down, the quality of the staff is impeccable. My wife and I drove 6 hours (round-trip) to do business with Crown Mercedes specifically because of what they bring to the table! They start by treating every customer like you would want to be treated; they call this their Ten Commitments. This employee code crystallizes their sincere desire to provide the finest service, care and attention to detail that you would expect and deserve. And that’s precisely what you’ll get and more! Sales Manager Wes Harris offered very generous pricing on my CLA that I absolutely couldn't refuse! Thanks Wes! While my vehicle was in the process of being built, Wes put me in the capable hands of Sales and Lease Consultant Anthony Diamond. Tony served his country in the USAF and is a true patriot! He's an exceptional person who truly cares about you and will go out of his way to help you! He ensured every aspect of my experience with Crown was flawless. His expertise, knowledge, attention to detail and courtesy was a breath of fresh air. Tony and I have since become great friends and I’m very thankful for that! Simply stated, he’s the kind of person you would want to befriend and so I did. You rock Tony! When it came time for the signing, Business Manager Kevin Roberts clearly explained all the information line by line. His son who is currently serving in the USMC is also patriot! It was a pleasure to speak with Kevin and he streamlined the process in a very professional relaxed environment. Many thanks’ Kevin! I could go on and on about Crown Mercedes and their sales team! If you’re reading this review, you’re on the right path and need not look any further! Head down to Crown Mercedes and see first-hand for yourself! You will not be disappointed! Pete More
