I just drove home in my first Jeep Wrangler. I've owned many different vehicles over the years, mostly new and a handful of used. The buying process on my used vehicle purchases have been a mixed bag. This time however, it was great! Everyone I worked with at MTH in Brainerd was excellent work with. My Sales Professional Wendell, let me know that vehicle I was interested in had just arrived, and there were a few small cosmetic and maintenance items that needed to be taken care of before I could take it home with me, if I chose to do so. It looked and drove nice, even without the repairs. Most people would probably never have even noticed it, but his honesty had me sold. I met with Zach in the service department, and he answered my questions about the vehicle, and gave me a timetable on the needed repairs. Tom in finance was able to get me approved very quickly, and had paperwork ready to go in what felt like 20 minutes. I had stopped in late in the day Friday afternoon, and by the following Monday it was ready to go. It looks great and I would recommend MTH anyone in the market for a really nice pre-owned vehicle. I lost my gorgeous 2016 Silverado midnight edition 2 weeks ago when it was totaled while parked at work. I was devastated, extremely sad. Been shopping online for 2 weeks looking for the perfect replacement, have called several dealerships and was pushed around by all of them EXCEPT MTH-BRAINERD. when I saw the High Country I immediately called and spoke with Garrett H. He was so pleasant, polite, and helpful. within just a few short hours I was approved while I was still at home by the way. Off to the dealership I went and I must say - this was the fastest buying experience I have ever had, Garrett didn't push, he sat and listened, he answered questions and he and his team fed into my playful nature which made the experience very fun. I will be back, well that is if I ever want to trade in my new baby that is. I definitely RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NICE TRUCK.
