Great Service!!! It is never a “good time” to have a flat tire but this week, it was no problem thanks to the guys at Master Chevrolet Cadillac! After finding the flat It is never a “good time” to have a flat tire but this week, it was no problem thanks to the guys at Master Chevrolet Cadillac! After finding the flat before leaving my driveway, I called Wayne Morgan and the rest was handled promptly and professionally. In a matter of a few hours, a dealership service vehicle was in my driveway, made my Tahoe “driveable” enough to get it to Aiken so the service department could fix my tire and check my others while performing other needed services and delivered back to my driveway ready to go! Thanks Master for being such a stellar dealership for sales and service! More

Verify Tire Balance Not Cause of Momentary Shutter I requested that the tires be checked for balance since I was experiencing some bumping and shuttering sounds during highway speeds. Balance of tires I requested that the tires be checked for balance since I was experiencing some bumping and shuttering sounds during highway speeds. Balance of tires was verified within specifications and investigation continues to identify source of noise. Suspected source of noise is the torque converter and is now under investigation. Ronnie Brannan and the Service Technician completed the balance job within the promised timeframe and provided documentation of the service results. A good job. More
